I got talked into buying a $1 puzzle of the United States at Tar-Jay today.

To nobody’s surprise, Little Man and Sweet Girl have been playing with it almost non-stop.

(If you recall, Little Man has a slight obsession with the states.)

A little while ago, as they nearly completed it yet again, Sweet Girl held up the last piece with a grand gesture and said majestically, "With this final piece, the United States will, once again, be whole, and complete!"

Seriously. Where does she get the flair for the dramatic? LOL

I have a couple things to look forward to… and I can’t decide which is more glorious.

and finely dice some of this

and cook it with some pectin and sugar?

Dang, I’m feeling all sorts of domestic lately. I even did some sewing today.

DH is worried.

It’s kind of hard to read at this size, but if I kept it the original size (12x12 inches) or any bigger than what it is, really, it wouldn’t fit in the alloted space on here.
